below are my tos that i will require all commisioners to follow in order to commision me. these rules have been out in place not only to protect myself but also to protect you so please read through them carefully! thank you! feel free to send any inquiries to [email protected]

Terms of service- Full payment upon placement of the order is required. I WILL NOT begin your commission until full payment is received.- Payments can be done through PayPal or Square.- I will send WIPs throughout my mixing process, and critiques/suggestions are allowed throughout the process HOWEVER I retain the right to say no if a suggestion is outside of my own abilities.- I will only offer a refund of 50% if you are completely unsatisfied with the first WIP even after critiques and suggestions have been fulfilled. No further refunds will be given.- I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason, likely if it is outside of my ability level, or if my slots are not available.- I WILL NOT tolerate rude comments towards myself OR an attempt to pass off my work as your own.- All lines MUST be submitted as mono .wav format and labelled as yourname/songame/partname (i.e ru/kokoronashi/mains) Feel free to ask questions if you are unsure of how to change your file format!- Please also submit the On and Off vocal for the song along with your vocal tracks.- Vocal tracks as well as the on and off vocal must be submitted with your lines all together in a folder on a file sharing service (drive, dropbox, appbox, etc.) , if they are unusable I will ask for a redo before I ask for payment.- I will not work with vocals recorded from a phone mic or a desktop mic, do not try to commission me if that is how you record because I will not be able to provide you with a quality mix.- I also ask that a script with lyrics, where each vocalist sings (if applicable, aka for duets/trios/collabs), harmonies, and adlibs in place is submitted along with all the required tracks.- No commercial use UNLESS we have discussed it and I have sent you a proper quote.- You MUST give proper credit in any post or upload using my mix.
